Time for a Change

It's been way too long since I last wrote on the blog....so here goes nothing.

It's been a whirlwind of crazy goodness since February. Honestly, we've been the busiest we've ever been. From participating in some local bridal shows/expos, working with some fabulous new clients, and revamping our site, one could say we are definitely working overtime to make Only One Mark, Inc. the best it can be.

As you may have noticed already, our website looks REALLY DIFFERENT. Like we just got a huge face lift. ;) After joining the fabulous Facebook group,  Website Marketing For Wedding Professionals, I got the encouragement I needed to take our website and make it new.  Let me know what you think. :D There is always room for improvement! 

We have also updated our contact information. New phone number and email with our domain name!! How crazy is that?!? ;) Our info can be found at the bottom of each page on our site. :)

I've also been stepping out of my comfort zone and creating gorgeous, delicate designs like these. 

Yup, I'm telling ya...things are changing and only for the better. Gus and I are both really excited at the new path God is leading us through. I can't wait for what's next. ;)

August: Let's Get Creative

A new month for new adventures. This month, I really want to focus on being more creative with our designs. I've been experimenting with shapes, cutouts, and even sketching out designs from scratch.

 I'm excited to share some images and stories from Real Brides that we've had the pleasure of bringing their ideas to life. I'm also happy to be sharing some new designs and items to make your event and living space unique.

Location, Location, Location

Since we began in 2011, we have been an "out-of-the-home-office" business. It cut down on costs for rent as well as kept things simple. After some time, we began to notice the need for a space to show paper samples, talk design, and wow clients from all walks of life. It became increasingly apparent after one bridal event where the mere mention of meeting at Starbucks was enough the "see the light die in their eyes". I think in any party planning, there is expectation to what you, as the client, want to experience.

I'm sure we are all guilty of (at some point) having the marathon of "Who's Wedding Is It Anyway?", David Tutera's "My Fair Wedding", "Four Weddings" and of course "Say Yes To The Dress". As we watch the journey of each bride, we find ourselves wishing for the same experiences. I should know. I dropped a florist because of the lackluster consultation. I thought I would be able to see my bouquet put together in front of me (she, instead, looked through Google for photos during the consult when I had already sent her what I wanted for my bouquet through email)....that's how it happens on TV!!

So, we made the decision to branch out. Only One Mark is now sharing space with Soul Echo Studios. The studio is located at:

We are open for appointments Monday through Friday from 6pm - 8pm. On Saturdays, we are open from 10am - 3pm. If you have an upcoming event you need invitations, place cards, or anything really, click this little button now and we can schedule your appointment today.
